Day 1: HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR
Meet at the hotel or airport to take a fascinating tour to explore the historical sites of downtown Saigon or Ho Chi Minh, visiting the famous places such as the War Remnants museum and the Presidential Palace. Go to garage for the bike fitting. Having dinner at a local restaurant and our guide will have a trip briefing. Discover the city by a cyclo (rickshaw) or on foot. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 2: HO CHI MINH- CU CHI TUNNEL
Pick up at the hotel thne transfer out of Sai Gon, Start to biking at to Tan Phu Trung villages, in Hoc Mon dist.cycling through villages,rice field ,rubber plantations,where may see workers harvest latex from the trees.Visit rice paper making home workshop before arriving in CuChi tunnels for the 15 minutes document film. Keep going to the tunnels site .The Cu Chi region was pivotal in the defeat of the US during the Vietnamese war. Almost completely devastated by continual bombing and napalming overland, many Viet Cong still survived by digging and hiding in underground tunnel networks, initially built in the vietnam war.after visiting the Cu Chi Tunnel, we cycle more 5 km to Ben Nay where is the local restaurant for our lunch. After lunch transfer by van back Ho Chi Minh.
Day 3: HO CHI MINH- CAI BE
Day 4: CAI BE- TRA VINH
Day 5: TRA VINH – CAN THO
On the third day,our ride will be very special;much of area is populate by khmer people.the regional architecture is interesting and there are many khmer temples to stop and admire en route.you will have the freedome to cycle as much or as little as you prefer;the road is peaceful narrow and very pretty all the way to Can Tho! We also do the ferry crossing before we reach the Can Tho city.overning in Can Tho..
Day 6: CAN THO- LONG XUYEN
The day starting with the boat trip to sightseeing the Cairang floating market.the trip will finish in a local market so all of you will know how is the different between the local and the floating market.and the cycling trip will be starting from there.Today We will follow the concrete road along the small canal in the mekong delta in the morning we will stop for lunch before we stop for visiting the bird centuary.After that we reach the highway get on the van transfer to Long Xuyen city.overnight in Lon xuyen city
Day 7: LONG XUYEN- CHAU DOC
Once more, the scenery is completely different. After a short transfer to Triton, the cycling starts to gently undulate and mountains begin to loom as you ride closer and closer to Chaudoc. The presence of Thotnot trees indicates the growing proximity to Cambodia and the local people speak Vietnamese as their second language. This afternoon you will cycle to the killing fields of Vietnam at Bachuc, where Polpot’s regime massacred over 3,000 Vietnamese in 1978. The route loops round to Chaudoc from Bachuc along the border, or re-trace back to triton (depending on road conditions) and ride the rest of the way to Chaudoc along incredible country roads. Those with energy to spare can climb Sam Mountain for sunset! Dinner and overnight in hotel
Day 8: CHAU DOC- CAO LANH
Breakfast at hotel, take two hours rowing boat trip to see floating houses with fish breeding cages, the village of Cham Ethnic people, Muslim Mosque, towel weaving. Going on to Tra Su Cajuput forest with is renowned for not only its almost-untouched natural beauty but also it sanctuary of flora and fauna. Take a boat trip into the forest you will immediately feel like you areharmonising with nature because all of the impressive picture of cajuputs, the fragrance of the flowers and the music like noise of birds, insects and animals making people relaxed. From the observation post, you can overlook the forest with an area of nearly 900 ha, home to many birds and animals, including some rare ones. Have lunch in the forest, relax on the hammock or xeperience on the monkey bridge. Reach Cao Lanh city. Riding through the rural area of Dong Thap province which is known as “the big rice basket” of Mekong Delta. We pass many immense rice fields along canals & rivers. Overnight home stay in Cao Lanh.
Day 9: CAO LANH- HO CHI MINH
Start to ride from home-stay, enjoy the Sightseeing on island, cycling through fruit orchards, local market etc… take the Boat cruise to CaiBe floating market. Lunch break at an ancient house. Leisurely afternoon bicycle ride 2 hours on small dirt road, walking bridges, ferry crossing to Cai Lay. Late afternoon we take bus drive the busy highway –1 back to Sai Gon. End of tour.
