Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party .

Indochina Holidays Travel company specializes in both cycling and  trekking ,motorbike adventure  tours, whose registered office is at the head office in Travel house No 25 – TT 13 Van Phu , Ha Dong , Ha Noi, Vietnam and representative offices in Hoi An , Hue ,Ho Chi Minh City,Siem Reap ,Luang Prabang ,Chieng Mai,Yangon, Mandalay and Beijing .

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Indochina Holidays Travel Company . By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.

Tour price is nett and quoted in American dollar per person and included detail in the confirmation itinerary .

Responsibility:

1. Indochina Holidays Travel company an the leading operator in Vietnam and Southern Asia, specializing in cycling, trekking ,motorbike adventure tours would like to advise you that, the schedule of flight are subject to change by any airline company without prior notification due to weather conditions(Especially Vietnam Airlines,Laos,Myanmar and Cambodia airlines).
2. Indochina Holidays Travel company can not fully guarantee that the proposed itinerary can be carried out as planed. In cases of schedule changes or cancellation of flights, Indochina Holidays Travel company will try its best to arrange a flight for boarding or arrange an alternate itinerary.
3. Once your trip have been confirmed as the prices are fixed and a 30% of your tour costs have received by Indochina Holidays Travel company. Then your trips will be guaranteed to depart .

Deposit requirement:

When a booking has been confirmed a deposit of 30 % is required immediately of total tour cost . Please note that all deposits paid are non-refundable . The final payment will be received in Indochina Holidays Travel company’s office or your hotel upon arrival in USD cash to reduce any bank fee . Your booking will be confirmed after Indochina Holidays Travel company has received a 30% deposit from you. The confirmation and agreement of booking between us must be in writing via email or fax.

When your booking have confirmed and your deposit has been done then your tour cost will be fixed if the inflation is a rise in the general level of prices of goods and services in an economy over a period of time. Indochina Holidays Travel company must be carried out as its planed.

Indochina Holidays Travel company’s bank account received in USD only.

Clients will cover all fees of money transfer to the bank accounts of Indochina Holidays Travel company  followings  bank fee  as   . 2.5 % by bank transfer –  4.5% by PayPal – 3.5 % by payment gateway of OnePay .

Your information and details:

To avoid any booking complications, be sure to provide the correct  personal information, including: full name (first name, last name), height ,date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue date and expiry date.

Cancellation: the cancellation between us must be in writing:

If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather, resulting in flight cancellations or government restrictions on travel (for example due to flooding, tropical storm) then Indochina Holidays Travel company may be forced to cancel your trip.

Booking Amendments:

If you wish to transfer one trip to another trip or transfer your booking to a third party, you must to notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to departure. Transferring to a third party is subject to approval by Indochina Holidays Travel company.  Transferring must be requested within 20 days prior to departure.

Group bike tours & tour prices:

Tour prices are in USD per person and based on group size .

Group size for 1- Solo traveler ( Prices slightly higher will use one minivan to carrying travelers and bicycles together )

Group size for 2 traveler ( Will use one minivan to carrying travelers and bicycles together )

Group size from 3 -5 travelers ( will use one minivan to carrying travelers and bicycles together ) You will have a special offer.

Group size from 6 -12 travelers will include bus and one more truck to carrying travelers and bicycles separately ( One more bike mechanic will be available on the whole trip , more spare bikes , more equipment to be used. Other hands, one more bike guide and servants ) – will be fixed as the same as a party of 2 .

Private bike tours and tour prices:

1. If you wish to have a private small group bike tour, such as for your family or a group of friends, this is possible.  Simply tells us the number in your group and the days you would like to travel.
2. Depending on our booking schedule and numbers of participant, we will tell you if we can accommodate your group.  Private tours are slightly more expensive than  group tours.

Client’s requests:

A group is defined as 2 travelers or more.  Therefore, a group of 2 or more can choose their own departure date.

Cancellation policy of flight, train and boat:

If an International or domestic flights and domestic train, boat tickets are booked as part of the tour, then these are totally non-refundable or transferable

.

Travel insurance:

Indochina Holidays Travel company does not provide travel insurance.  We advise you to arrange your own travel insurance in advance, before the trip.

Ages of travelers as cyclists:

We welcome travelers aged 16 years and older
. You can contact us for a private trip if you love to have a private tour for your group or family

Singles :

Solo travelers are always welcome and those who would like their own room have the option of paying a single supplement. Otherwise we will arrange for a shared room with another solo traveler (of the same sex) at no extra cost. If there is no roommate available, Indochina Holidays Travel company will cover the additional cost of a single room.

Children :

Children are welcome on our short tours in Vietnam,Laos,China,Burma and Cambodia . However, on our longer tours the minimum age is 14 years. This is for a number of reasons and more to do with group dynamics than the difficulty of the journey.

Accommodation:

1 – Indochina Holidays Travel company reserves the right to offer alternative accommodations of similar standards in cases where the accommodation operator overbooks their property  for any reasons beyond our control.local guest house , home-stay ,1- 2 – 3 star hotel category
– 3 – 4 star hotel category- All travelers can do the same trip but staying different hotel categories.

2 – Rooms types:
We providing you with double room for a couple, twin rooms for travel mates and triple rooms for a family. If you wish to have a single room for your own, you have to pay more as an extra pay to  get a single room on entire trip. (single supplement)
